How might you create an interactive exhibit that will encourage young visitors to care about the civilizations of Ancient Egypt? My interactive exhibit is for young visitors to find as many treasures as they can in the box, like Howard Carter did, and will learn that there were over 5, 000 treasures buried with King Tutankhamen, and many other facts. I want them to feel like they are having fun, but learning at the same time. 1) I feel like I helped solve problems a lot and I tried to participate a lot and give suggestions for how to solve this problem. 2) I started of with wanting to have my artifact represent the pharaoh, because I like the fact that my artifact would be like the ruler, and my group was fine with that. I started of with an old shoe box, painted it gold, painted on the bottom half, cut a cardboard headdress, and then made all of my clay elements (the things bulging out), and glued them down with some gold paint. Reflection: I think I projected my voice well because ti was audible, and could be heard. I can tell that I used my diaphragm because my voice sounds clearer than it usually is, and that is why I could tell this. I would really like to comment on my facial expressions, but it was hard for me to see my face because of the lighting and camera. I did see a bit of my face, and when I could see my face, they matched the characteristics of my character, and the scene. My voice had lots of variety because when there was a dramatic scene, like at the end, my voice sounded scared and faulty, whereas in the beginning, I was trying to scare people and my voice sounded like a tough girl. I am really proud of my whole group because we pulled everything that we wanted to pull off, and it all came out better than we expected. When is it more useful to use fraction or decimal notation?  Give examples to justify your answer. It is more useful to use a fraction if the question is talking about parts. It is more useful to use decimal notation if the question is talking about wholes with easy to work with numbers, like 10, 100, 1, 000, etc. Ex. Bob had 121 pizza slices, and ten friends to share them with, including himself. How many slices should each person get?      2. When comparing two positive whole numbers with different numbers of digits, such as 115 and 37, the one with more digits is greater.  Does this rule work for comparing decimals?  Give examples to justify your answer. No, because there can be a 3 digits in one number, like 1. 22, while another number only has 2 digits, like 5. 9. The second number is greater than the first number, even thought it has a less amount of digits.

You know how to compare fractions using cross products, LCD, and logical reasoning. When is it better to use one method over another? It's better to use on way over the other because it will take less time. Logical Reasoning: If one fraction is greater the half, and the other isn't, it would be better to use logical reasoning than the other methods because if you find the LCD, it will take longer to find the answer. LCD: If there are weird fractions that don't divide well, you should find the LCD of the two fractions because it will be easier to find out the LCD than anything. Cross Products: If the numerators don't divide well with the denominators, you should just multiply the numbers because it's very quick. It's best if the numbers are small.

Sportsmanship - On The Sporting Field And In Everyday Life           Sportsmanship is respect to others, playing fair, following directions and rules, and having fun. I have demonstrated sportsmanship this year by having fun, and shaking hands with my opponent to acknowledge appreciation. I compliment anyone (opponent or teammate), if they accomplished or did something amazing. I can demonstrate sportsmanship in P.E. or on the sporting field by showing that I have witnessed something amazing if I have, by playing fair and honest, and by following the rules, and what the coach says. I can demonstrate sportsmanship in everyday life by playing by the rules of any game, or just rules of the house, and by doing the best I can at anything I am doing, even if it is just practice. I can demonstrate sportsmanship in a new way by supporting my teammates in what they are doing. Sportsmanship plays a great part in the game.

I think that I can work on keeping my arms straight up and down because my arms are crossing a bit. I can work on the pocket to chin method. My hands kept crossing over to the opposite shoulder. This slowed me down because my hands were breaking part of the wind, and hen some of the wind was left behind for me to break with my torso. I think I did well on keeping my knees high because my knees were horizontal to my torso.

I use the task bar on Google Calendar because it is the easiest way for me to see everything, and change subjects. I can even have non-school related things. At home, I use real sticky notes at home because they seem easier for me because I can take them anywhere I go because they are so small.

 - How does prime factorization help you to answer this problem more efficiently. 13 x 11 x 7 x 3 x 37 is the prime factorization of 111, 111. This helps answer the problem more efficiently, because there is only one prime factorization for 111, 111. There are many factors of it. Using prime factorization narrows things down, so you only end up with one answer.

TEN is a person who is dying to hit the stage on day one of drama and would willingly perform in front of all of 6th grade right NOW!  ONE is a person who would rather be ANYWHERE but the stage and would prefer to be wrapped up in a blanket back in their bed hugging their teddy bear. On this scale of one to ten, I would be a 8.5 because I wouldn't want to just right up on stage, but if I had 20 minutes to figure something out, I would be pretty happy to go up on stage. I like to dance a lot (I am a gymnast), and I like to go on stage to dance (I am doing MSDC). I am hoping to improve my acting skills, while having fun.

I can decide wether finding common multiple or common factors is helpful in solving a problem because if the question uses the words fewest, I know that it could be about LCM. This would help me because it would be faster than if I solved it another way. This is the same for GCF.

What is the fundamental concept about the metric system that makes it possible to measure the mass of an unknown object with water? 1 ml of water is equal to 1 gram of water, which makes things easy to measure. This matters because on the digital scale, they measure by grams, and when we are measuring on the homemade water balance we measure by ml. 2. Any balance or scale has a maximum amount of mass it can measure. What is the maximum mass that your homemade water balance can measure?  Explain. The maximum mass that my homemade balance can weigh is about 1,200 ml because I measured an object that went to about the top of the bottle. It's mass was around 1,100. It wasn't all the way to the top of the bottle. When the top of the bottle is on, the mass that it can hold is 1,500 ml.

The neutral characters talk softly to give a perspective that they're far away and it's hard to hear them. The main characters are in the center. The neutral characters aren't focused, but aren't blurred out too much so that they look like a blob in the background. They are wearing pale colours like light grey, light blue, lavender, black, and white. They don't do things that are noticeable. They are just there to make the set look real. It's easier to focus on the neutral characters when the sound is off because When the sound is on, we are trained to watch people's mouths speak, and we think that the voice is coming out of their mouth, when it's really coming out of the speaker. It's easier to focus on them because when the sound is on, it's tempting to look at where the sound is coming from because you would know it's not coming out of the neutral characters mouth.

  I think that I am responsible enough to take my laptop home because I will keep it in a place that I walk by every morning so I can't forget it. I will be able to charge my laptop every day because it will be charging when I am doing my homework, and it will be charging in my room at my desk at night, and I will put the charger in before I go to sleep each night.

When your computer’s screen breaks, your dreams break. One of the main reasons of computer damage is screens breaking. This is very sad because many of us can prevent this. In the Boot Camp, we learned about care for our laptops. Screen breaking is very easy to do, and also very easy to prevent. Hi! It's me again! The P.E. teachers organized play day. Today was one of the best days ever! I got to hang out with friends and I got to go to play day. Play day is where there are stations where you do totally fun things. I had two favorite stations; The Musical Buckets and The Obstacle Course. At the Musical Buckets, there were buckets full of water and you played musical buckets with them. My friends and I did that as our first station. We were soaking. And freezing! We got used to it though. You also got to go at your own pace throughout the stations. In the Obstacle Course you had map that had colored circles and you had to put a key in the tracker on the cone that was colored and you had a time limit. It is very hard to explain, but it was very fun. My fastest time was 34.9 seconds. I loved getting wet, and everything was awesomely fun at play day. At the end, we got "rewarded" with popsicles. Hi! This is my thought web for the reading assignment in Social Studies. I chose this strategy because, the four strategies we got to choose from were; t-charts, venn diagrams, boxes and bullets, and thought webs. t-charts and venn diagrams are for comparing, so I didn't use that because the text wasn't comparing. I personally don't like using boxes an bullets, so I used thought webs. It also suits the info very well. You need to make sure the work doesn't get to messy and this sometimes takes time. The way to use thought webs is to lead one thought into another. Once that whole section is over, you start a new thought web. It is good for stating things, not for comparing. I think a good example of a thought web is when there are lots of thoughts branching off of one thought and when the main idea is clear, there is text form the book and there are page numbers. I could improve on using the page numbers, and text out of the books and I was good at branching lots of thoughts off of one thought. Some disadvantages are that you can't compare anything and that it's takes time, and work and it also is messy. Some advantages are that you can have many thoughts for one main thought, you can see the progress of the thoughts, and you don't need to write a lot in one circle, because they are small thoughts.      I wonder if the Coca Cola gives the people the energy to do what they did in America, but I don't see how it has to do with the Super Bowl. Do they want people to buy and drink Coca Cola? At first I thought this was a commercial for America tourist things. Why did Coca Cola caps fall from the sky. I thought this was also for people to see how amazing America was and how we should help to keep the beautifulness up. I wonder why people are dancing and surfing and I wonder why the music is in another language and do they want people to see that coke brings a family together? They are showing beautiful places in America, not the 'bad' places. The Statue of Liberty is being represented. The street dancers represent the lifestyle of America. I think the message is that Coca Cola 'helps' America be beautiful.
