Hi! I wont be posting for 3 weeks because we have a winter break and I am going to be going to Vietnam and Thailand. I will be going with three other families. Two families will come to my house and then we will go from there to Vietnam and meet the other family. We will be staying in a hotel in Vietnam. We will be staying in an amazing villa in Thailand! I don't exactly know what I will be doing in both places. We will mostly be relaxing. We probably will see the Vietnam war memorial. Bye!!

Hi! This is my non-fiction writing piece. It is all about the amazing artistic gymnastics! I will be creating another one later with the time limit of 1 week in January after winter break. I first chose a topic. Then, I wrote a flash draft. After the flash draft I used that information to make a good copy of it and I edited and revised it. I then had to choose a template on Pages and personalize and add my writing into it. I hope you enjoy this because I have put in a lot of time and effort into making this magazine. You will have to drag a cloud into the correct position but it will not harm your computer (gadget) at all. Don't forget to check the price if you want to buy it (and the date... it's updated!)!

Today I went to the Crystalite Methodist Home. While we were there, we first got a tour, then, we did some arts and crafts. The name of the craft was called wax resistant. In this, you draw/write something in a rayon, then paint over it with watercolor. The crayon (wax) resists to the paint and shows! We did this project with a resident an the home. My partner was very friendly and wanted to write Chinese characters. He could only speak Chinese. I barely could understand him. Though this was a problem, we still managed to communicate. I found this very amazing. When we go back again, I would like to be more focused and keep a conversation going for most of the time. This was a great experience for me and I hope to do it again.

         It was a dark and stormy night. The curtains flew in the lab. I walked in scared. BANG! Lighting hit a tree and it fell about a millimeter away from me.  Safe!  Suddenly, I heard evil music playing on a piano!           "Hello!" I screamed.           "AHHHHH!" I turned around and saw a mad scientist behind me pulling me. His hair was messed up and he was playing an invisible piano!           "AHHHHH!" I screamed again, this time on the top of lungs.           He didn't have an ankle! I knew something was terribly wrong, even though it was Halloween night. My best friend told me to come here. She was so infamous that she would never be able to pull something like this. I even admired her! She wouldn't do this. It's not her! It's not her! My brain told me. I like “funky” things so I started to type funky in the “search” box and got a lot and they all sounded good together. Hi! Today my class went to the Science Center. What I liked most about the Science Center was making the candy. We went to the Candy Lab to make candy! This was very fun. Even though my group made some mistakes, it still was amazing. We made lollipops and cotton candy. What I liked most about the Science Center was making the candy. We had to "butter" the molds and put them into the metal molds. We even got to add food coloring and flavoring to the lollipops. When we made the cotton candy we all got to take turns spinning our stick around in the cotton candy maker. I liked it because we got to get our hands all messy (which I love) and we got to take parts in doing all the different things.

Hi! Today I will talking about a book called On The Far Side Of The Mountain. It is about Sam's journey to find Alice. Sam tries to look for clues and finds a lot of them. Some are easy because Alice brought a pig with her so he could look out for those. I hope you enjoy this book if you read it!

A mixture is two or more materials mixed together like peanut butter and jelly. Some mixtures can be separated by a filter or screen. A mixture is different from a solution because, a mixture can be separated by a filter or a screen. A mixture can be in any form of matter like gases, liquids, and solids. A solution is when you mix a solid and a liquid, then the solid disappears (dissolves) into the liquid, and that mixture cannot be separated by a screen or a filter. For example, salt and water. When you mix salt and water, the salt (the solid) dissolves into the water. Then, the salt can't be separated by a filter or a screen. But, when you let the solution evaporate, some crystals will form because some salt pieces get joined together. A solution can also be a mixture.

The most important thing I learned this week was to learn about digital footprints and how anyone can see anything you do on the internet and there is always a way to see it. This was really important because it teaches you how to be safe and kind to other people, when using the internet.

I want to leave behind a positive digital footprint. Therefore I will do the following: No personal info, e.g. telephone #, last name, address I will stick to the core values of, respect, responsibility, honesty, fairness and compassion If I would be too embarrassed for my parents to see it, I won't post, send or text it! Only use the school computer, on the school network, for school stuff!

I have taken an assessment that we take at the beginning of the year and at the end of the year. I have improved a lot in my math skills. But I have to thank Mrs. Early, Ms. Nana and Mrs. McComb for always helping me out when I need help. The test is about what you should learn in fourth grade. That is why sometimes at the beginning of the year it is hard to take the test because you don't know some answers in the test.

In my class, we are reseaching about the ocean using clues that help us save animals. My group's name is Okinawa. There are four topics/missions with two smal missions inside. We are "working" for a group called Sea Watch. In my group I am the Marine Biologist. The first mission is called The Fishin' Mission. The second is called The Pollutio Pirates. Tests can help you get clues in the smaller missions. My group is on the third one which is called Grief On The Reef. Finally, the last one is known as The Leaky Bottom.

use keywords and not unhelpful words words like "and, it, to, are, etc." are also not helpful to the computer if they aren't helpful to you. if you search about one thing like volcanoes when you are looking for how often the washington volcano erupts, you should search washington volcano, washington, often erupts don't use one word searches choose good keywords that suit your question and you will find the right thing if you only search painter when you want to learn who is the best painter in the world, you will get other random things like a band group called the painter or a painting that is beautiful
