This will affect my personal health practice because I now know ways to help my sleep. My sleep will finally be sound, and I know that I'm not the only one who "suffers" from this "epidemic". I'm always tired in the morning because of time management. That sounds pretty vague, but what I really mean is that I finally know that I feel tired in the morning because of how I don't have a lot of time on my hands.
